Booking Information - Payment and Cancellation Policies

Payment Policy:
A 20% deposit of the booking total is required to secure your booking.
The deposit is taken by Point View Lodge when your booking is confirmed.
The balance is taken on your departure date.


Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation within 30 days of arrival date: 25% forfeit of total booking
Cancellation within 14 days of arrival date: 50% forfeit of total booking
Cancellation within 7 days of arrival date: 100% forfeit of total booking
