A 20% deposit of the booking total is required to secure your booking.
The deposit is taken by A Town House In Central Rotorua when your booking is confirmed.
The balance is taken 30 days prior to your arrival.


Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation within 7 days of arrival date: 100% forfeit of total booking
Cancellation within 30 days of arrival date: 20% forfeit of total booking
Cancellation fees will be charged on minimum occupancy and adjusted if the property is able to be re-let.
