Booking Information - Payment and Cancellation Policies

Payment Policy:
No deposit is required to secure your reservation.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation within 14 days of arrival date: 50% forfeit of total booking
Cancellation within 2 days of arrival date: 100% forfeit of total booking
All cancelled bookings will incur a 20% cancellation fee. If your booking is cancelled within 2 weeks of your arrival date, a 50% fee will be taken. If your booking is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, a 100% cancellation fee will be taken. We will of course be understanding of circumstance beyond your control, but would ask that you give us the courtesy of notice cancellation as soon as you can. We highly recommend travel insurance.

Check-in-time is 2pm or later and check-out-time is no later than 10:30am, unless by prior arrangement. Children over 16 years of age. Our directions are on our website: www.scenicheightslodge.co.nz The self-contained studio apartment is a minimum 2 night stay.
