Booking Information - Payment and Cancellation Policies

Payment Policy:
A 25% deposit of the booking total is required to secure your booking.
The deposit is taken by Five Rivers Retreat when your booking is confirmed.
The balance is taken when you arrive.


Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation within 30 days of arrival date: 25% forfeit of deposit paid
Cancellation within 7 days of arrival date: 100% forfeit of total booking
Travel insurance is recommended. For any reservation via third party websites where payment has been made in full at time of booking a 20% admin fee will apply additional to the cancellation policy above.
