Booking Information - Payment and Cancellation Policies

Payment Policy:
No deposit is required to secure your reservation.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation within 30 days of arrival date: 30% forfeit of total booking
Cancellation within 7 days of arrival date: 100% forfeit of total booking
If the room cannot be relet Matuka Lodge reserves the right to charge the cancellation fee. We recommend travel insurance be taken out to cover any fee that might be charged.
