The Guest House B&B Studio
The guest house is supremely comfortable and carefully designed to make optimum use of space. The kitchenette is stocked with crockery and breakfast food tailored to your requests, as well as coffee and tea. Internet access is wireless.
The bedroom and lounge area contains a top quality bed, a table and chairs, and a widescreen LCD television with cable service. The large bay windows provide views of the harbour and the shipping activity in and out of the port. The local sailing community has races several times a week, usually in the evenings.
For your comfort, we have equipped the guest house with a heat pump that provides air conditioning year round, ensuring good air quality with a special filter. In addition, the bed has dual control electric underblankets so that you can tuck into a toasty bed.
The guest house is located on the third level of our family home. It has separate access from the house, and can be approached either from the top of the property (The Crescent) or from the bottom (Lindum Terrace). Our steep property affords us incredible views, but is not appropriate if you are unable to manage stairs. Your hosts are happy to help shuttle luggage should you require, as their legs are well accustomed to the property. Please enquire if you need more information on access.
