Annies Loft
Annie’s Loft is an idyllic retreat offering guests a private, luxury, one-bedroom apartment with a separate entrance, upstairs at Waipara River Estate.
The apartment has 4 rooms -- a king sized bedroom; bathroom with large shower and under-tile heating; a lounge/dinning area; a separate kitchenette with tea & coffee making facilities and fridge freezer for your wine.
The superb lounge can accommodate two extra guests on the comfortable queen sized sofa bed (a pull out slat bed) and has a table that seats four. It opens on to a sunny upstairs deck with wonderful panoramic views across the vineyards to Mt Cass. There are wonderful views from every room (yes - even the bathroom!).
Guests are welcome to enjoy the surroundings of the farm and wander down to the Weka River if they wish.
We provide a continental breakfast, with local and homemade produce.

We are a smoke free environment and do not allow pets.

The Studio
Annie’s Studio is an idyllic retreat offering guests a private, luxury, studio apartment with a separate entrance, downstairs at Waipara River Estate. The sunny studio has a king sized bed; tea & coffee making facilities, two comfortable armchairs and a 2-seater table. The ensuite bathroom has large curved shower. Wide wraparound decks open into the gardens at the western end of the house. Guests are welcome to enjoy the surroundings of the farm.
We provide a continental breakfast, with local and homemade produce.
