Come and enjoy the comfort and relaxation of Uno Pił, an elegant 1917 homestead, where you will experience Italian hospitality in the heart of the Marlborough wine region. Our four acre property includes established trees and gardens, an in-ground swimming pool and olive grove. We also have a self contained cottage, Ancora Uno Piu. Built in 2000, this mud block cottage, with Victorian fire place & restored kauri doors, is set amongst olive trees with views to the garden.

Ancora Uno Piu Cottage
The cottage is fully equipped with modern
kitchen, laundry, bathroom and two
bedrooms (superking and queen/twin). The
lounge has french doors opening to a
sunny patio. The cottage is self contained
and can accommodate 5 persons. A
Homestead breakfast is served to cottage
guests. Breakfast includes an Italian
platter, hot bread rolls, crepes, maple
syrup, fruit and cream, with Italian espresso
or a choice of teas. Dinner is by
arrangement, we offer superb cuisine by
Gino, fresh home made pasta is a
speciality.
